Pamela de Rouvray
Born in Lyon, she spent her childhood between Provence, Paris, the South, the Alps and her hometown.
Coming from a family of inventors, engineers, handymen, artists, photographers, she divides her time between workshops, flea markets and attics.
After studying Advertising and Marketing, she discovered the world of Fashion and Confection and quickly mixed fabric, posters, logos, typography.
A year in Caledonia and many trips gave him a taste for the unknown, the wonder of the new, the surprise, the different.
On each trip, she gets into the habit of photographing, collecting, picking up anything that takes her imagination far beyond a photo album, or a basket.
His work is clearly influenced by the culture of Pop Art, and the emergence of Street Art which is exhibited on all the walls of the planet.
The nostalgia of the 60s installs in his paintings a carelessness, a return to childhood, a humorous look at man over time.
